The Gail Achterman Leadership Scholarship is awarded to women pursuing graduate or undergraduate studies in transportation or a related field that demonstrate leadership skills, ability, and interest. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a junior college/trade school program, undergraduate or graduate degree program in a transportation-related field such as transportation engineering, planning, finance, communications, operations or logistics, attending school in Oregon or Southwest Washington, and with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
