United Negro College FundOverview
The UNCF Ladders of Hope Scholarship offers need-based awards of up to $5,000 to Black/African American college freshmen at UNCF Member Institutions who permanently reside in Southern Los Angeles. To qualify, you must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale and demonstrate financial need. To apply, you must submit an essay and a reference.
