The Ability Center of Greater Toledo Scholarship is open to an individual with a disability who has a permanent address in Lucas, Wood, Fulton, Henry, Ottawa, Defiance, Williams county in Ohio, or Monroe or Lenawee county in Michigan. You must also be enrolled in a post-secondary degree program and have a 3.0 GPA. An essay and three recommendation letters are required for the application.
