The Technical/Community College scholarship program is offered to graduating high school seniors from Owatonna High School, Owatonna Area Learning Center (ALC), Owatonna Christian School, Choice Technical Academy, or Pillsbury College Prep. To qualify, your parent or guardian must be a resident of Steele County. The selection is based on career aptitude, work ethic, and a positive attitude. To apply, you must write an essay and submit a reference.
