The Rudd Scholar Program is open to graduating high school seniors who are Kansas residents and qualify for in-state tuition. To qualify, you must have a GPA of 3.0 and be planning to attend either Emporia State, Fort Hays State, Kansas State, or Wichita State Universities. You must also be Pell-eligible.
