The Orrstown Bank Foundation Inc. Scholarships provide $1,000 - $2,500 to eligible high school seniors residing in one of the following counties: Pennsylvania: Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Perry, or York Counties OR Maryland: Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Howard, and Washington Counties and the City of Baltimore.
