The Mt. Hood Chapter Scholarship Awards provide $1,000 to a college student majoring in ornamental horticulture. Preference will be given to applicants from nursery areas east of Portland. To apply, you need to write an essay. Student scholarship applications are evaluated based on career interests, scholastic aptitude, and financial need.
