The Milken Scholars Program is open to students graduating from a high school in Los Angeles County, New York City, or Washington, DC. To qualify, you must actively participate in community service activities and have a record of leadership. You also need a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.6 or some equivalent SAT, ACT, or other test scores (see website for more info).
