Overview
The Palmer Scholars offers up to $17,500 in financial support and is open to students who identify as a person of color. To be eligible, you must be a high school junior attending a Pierce County high school, be actively involved in your school and community, have at minimum a 2.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need (free/reduced lunch eligible)

FYI: You have to ask someone to write a letter of rec for you.
