Frederick Douglass Bicentennial Scholarship offers up to $10,000 to exceptional HBCU seniors who have demonstrated high academic achievement, strong leadership skills, commitment to community service, and unmet financial need. To qualify, you need a minimum GPA of 3.5. To apply, you must submit two letters of recommendation, an essay, a transcript, and two essays.
