The East Tennessee Foundation provides scholarships to students throughout the East Tennessee area (Anderson , Blount , Campbell , Carter , Claiborne , Cocke , Grainger , Greene , Hamblen , Hancock , Hawkins , Jefferson , Johnson , Knox , Loudon , McMinn , Monroe , Morgan , Roane , Scott , Sevier , Sullivan , Unicoi , Union , Washington). Some scholarships are based on merit, financial need, or extracurricular activities. There’s one application for all of their scholarships, which may ask for an essay and letter of recommendation. Local students have a very high chance to win!
