The Community Foundation of Orange and Sullivan provides scholarships of $250 to $25,000 to students from these counties in NY: Dutchess, Orange, Sullivan, Ulster, and Rockland. Some scholarships are based on merit, financial need, or extracurricular activities. There’s one application for all of their scholarships, which may ask for an essay and a letter of recommendation. Local students have a very high chance to win!
