The Asphalt Pavement Association of Oregon Education Foundation awards scholarships in amounts ranging from $2,000 to $3,500 to students with an interest in asphalt paving technology or a closely related field. You must currently be enrolled in an accredited engineering, construction engineering management, or construction trade program at a college, university, or professional trade school in Oregon. Students pursuing advanced degrees are eligible.
