Refund Policy

At Mos, we want to make sure you are happy with our services. We are confident that applying to or appealing for federal, state, institutional, and/or private financial aid through Mos is the one and only way to get all the money you are eligible for without the stress or hassle. This is why we built Mos with a 100% refund policy. If, at the end of the process when the amount of financial aid you receive for the school year is finalized, and the additional amount of money you received after working with Mos is not at least five (5) times the amount of money you paid, you get a full refund. To receive the refund, just email a photo or screenshot of your final financial aid letters from the colleges you applied to or appealed to so we can confirm the amounts received. Please send your refund requests to with “Refund request” in the subject line. There are two situations where you are not entitled to a refund : (1) If your membership successfully results in an aid package greater than five times what you paid from at least one of your colleges but you choose to attend a college where you did not receive aid. (2) If extra steps (such as creating an online account or communicating with the financial aid office) are required from the student in order to receive an aid program and you don’t receive the aid because you failed to take the necessary steps in a timely manner.
